After a rich course of 25 year experience in different fields (Luxury hotel, Michelin stars Restaurants, Pastry shops, French Gastronomy schools) , I can carry out in close collaboration with you the recipe or recipes that will adapt to your needs and your constraints.
Thanks to my 10 years of experience as a teacher, pedagogy is also one of my strengths, and my ability to express myself in 3 different languages (French, English, Portuguese).
